Death Sentence of Prisoner Executed in Khorramabad Central Prison, Iran

A prisoner identified as Saeed Imani, who had previously been sentenced to death for "homicide" by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was executed in Parsilon Prison in Khorramabad.

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the death sentence of Saeed Imani, 34 years old from Khorramabad, was carried out in Parsilon Prison.

Informed sources stated that this prisoner was arrested three years ago and had been sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the premeditated murder of his brother-in-law.

As of the time this report was compiled, the news of this prisoner's execution had not been announced in government media, especially media associated with the judiciary.
