Hengaw: A 69 year old citizen in Sna(Sanandaj) was exiled and transferred to Minab(south of Iran) on the charges of religious activities and advertising for Bahaism.

On Wednesday, October 31, Zabihollah Raufi, 69 year old Bahai citizen in Sna(Sanandaj) was sent to prison to do the time, based on the report of Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights.

On December, 2017, Sna's(Sanandaj) Court of Apeals(4th branch) sentenced him on the charges of religious activities against Iran's regime to one year of nonsupended conefinement and one year of exile to Minab in Hormozgan province located in south of Iran. The verdict was confirmed and handed to him on August 2018.

However, in 2009, the Bahai citizen had been arrested on the same charges and was sentenced to one year of nonsuspended confinement. The verdict in the Court of Apeals was commutated to 6 months of confinement in Toisarkan city.
