Hengaw: A telegram channel director has been arrested by the Iranian security agencies in Paveh city located in Kermanshah province.

According to the report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Sunday, April 4, 2020, the intelligence forces of Paveh have arrested a media activist named Saeed Ahmadi and his situation is unclear from then.

Based on an informed source, Saeed Ahmadi is the director of a telegram channel named "Sharekem Paveh"( My city - Paveh) which has 20 thousand members and was covering the news of Paveh and suburb.

The  source added that Saeed Ahmadi has been arrested by the security forces due to publishing the news on coronavirus outbreak.

The Iranian government has tried to issue the unreal statistics about the coronavirus victims and confronts the journalists and activists who don't obey the government policies in this regard.
