HENGAW – Unidentified armed men on Thursday clashed and killed four members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the southwestern end of Kurdistan Province. 

The clash took place near the mountainous areas of Sawllawa between a Kurdish force in opposition to Tehran and members of the IRGC, an informed source told Hengaw. 

The source added four members of the IRGC were killed in the heavy armed exchange, two of whom were Kamal Fathi and Iraj Adak.
