Jalal Ghaderizadeh, a citizen from Oshnavyeh, who was recently sentenced to prison, was arrested on Monday, June 6, 2022, after being summoned to the Oshnavyeh judgment enforcement of the revolutionary court and was transferred to the city's central prison to serve the two years and three months sentence.
Jalal Ghaderizadeh was arrested on Monday, August 2, 2021, along with five other citizens from Oshnavyeh without providing any judicial documents by the city's intelligence service. After being detained in the Urmia Intelligence Detention Center for three weeks, he was temporarily released on bail on Tuesday, August 24, until the end of the trial.
Jalal Ghaderizadeh was finally sentenced to three years in prison by the Oshnavyeh Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge "Rezaei", in April on charges of "membership in the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran".
The sentence was reduced to two years and three months imprisonment after the judge's verdict was handed down, and Jalal Ghaderizadeh is currently serving his sentence in Oshnavyeh Central Prison.
