 Hengaw : A Kurdish citizen from Saqqez district of Kurdistan province ,  who was detained  in November 2020 after being summoned to the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Saqqez , has been  sentenced to 4 years in prison. 
 

 According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, in early January 2020 , a 51-year-old Kurdish citizen from Saqqez , identified as "Ahmad Mohammadi", was sentenced to 4 years in prison on charges of collaborating and membership in the Kurdistan Democratic Party by the First Branch of Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Saqqez headed by Judge Javad Mostafaei.  

He is currently being held in Saqqez Central Prison and serving his sentence.


Ahmad Mohammadi, a resident of Vazman village in the Sarshiw sub-district of Saqqez, was interrogated for an hour on Monday, November 23, 2020, after being summoned to the Revolutionary Court of Saqqez, and then was detained .
