 Hengaw: With the detention of 2 other Kurdish citizens in Oshnavieyh (Sheno) district of West Azerbaijan (Urmia) province in Iranian Kurdistan the number of detainees in recent days in this city has reached up to 13.

 According to a report received by Hengaw  Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, January 30, 2021, Iranin security forces in Oshnaviyeh detained 2 Kurdish citizens, identified as Hossein Mohammadpour and Avat Mohammadpour who are cousins . 
 According to an informed source, Awat Mohammadpour was released the same day and after the interrogations, but theHossein’s fate  is unknown.

 On January 31 , a teacher from Oshnaviyeh, identified as Ezzat Qadertaj, was detained  by Iranian security forces.

 Including these 3  cases, at least 13 Kurdish citizens have been detained in Oshnaviyeh in the last four days alone, one of whom has been released and the fate of the other 12 is unknown.
