Prisoner executed in Shiraz Central Prison

Mahmoud Keshavarzi, who had previously been sentenced to death on charges related to drug crimes, was executed at Shiraz Central Prison (Adelabad).

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the death sentence of Mahmoud Keshavarzi was carried out at Shiraz Central Prison in the early hours of Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

This prisoner had previously been arrested on charges related to drug crimes and sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
