According to the statistics collected by the Hengaw research team, 134 Kurdish citizens have been killed by government forces in various cities since the beginning of the Jina revolution. Also, at least 21 members of the Kurdish parties and an ordinary citizen from the Kurdistan Region have died during the IRGC drone and missile attacks, which were carried out under the pretext of responding to Kurdish parties organizing and forming protests in Kurdistan.

In the recent report of Hengaw, the names of six more citizens who were killed by the government forces during the popular uprising and resistance, after the completion of the investigation, have been added to the list of the victims of the Jina Revolution.
Alireza Kakamohammadi from Harsin who was killed in Tehran, Alireza Hosseini from Kermanshah who was killed in Tehran, Mohammad Amin Hashmatian from Sonqor who was killed in Karaj, Seyed Mohammad Hosseini from Saqqez, Hemn Hamzeh from Sardasht, and Matin Naseri are six people who were not included in the previous reports of Hengaw in the list of the dead, and after completing the information and investigation, these names were added to the list.
Women and children; 6 women and 13 children and teenagers were among the killed:
During the Jina Revolution, at least 6 women and girls died, identified as Minu Majidi from Qasr-e Shirin, Negin AbdolMaleki from Qorveh, Kobra Sheikh Saqqa from Mahabad, Sarina Saedi from Sanandaj, Fereshte Ahmadi from Sardasht, and Nasrin Qaderi from Marivan. Three people were killed by the direct fire of the repressive government forces and three died due to multiple baton hits on their heads.
Also, at least 13 children and teenagers identified as Zakaria Khyal, 16, Amin Marefat, 16, Abdollah Mohammadpour, 16, Amir Fuladi, 15, Amir Hossein Basati, 15, Ali Mozafari Salanquch, 17, Nima Shafiqdoost, 16, Armin Seyedi, 18, Sarina Saedi, 16, Komar Daroftadeh, 16, Danial Paybandi, 17, Bahaddin Veisi, 16, and Karvan Qader Shokri, 16, were killed during the recent revolution, 12 of them were killed by direct fire from the repressive government forces. One person was killed by a baton on the head.

According to the investigation, at least 9 Kurdish citizens were killed under the torture of agents after being abducted by the government institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Ismail Dizwar from Saqqez, Mohammad Abdollahi from Ilam, Ramin Fathi from Sanandaj, Saman Qaderpour from Oshnavieh, Omid Hosseini from Sanandaj, Hemn Aman from Bukan, Shadman Ahmadi from Dehgolan, Shahriar Adeli from Sardasht, and Mohammad Haji Rasulpour from Bukan are the people who were killed under the torture of government institutions after being arrested. They were killed.
The status of those who have been arrested or forcibly abducted:
According to the legal axioms, in terms of arrest, the accused is arrested when the accused complies with all the legal standards, including the submission of a court document, notification to the family, access to medical services, access to legal assistance and lawyer, and detention in the shortest possible time, explain the charges, and transferring to one of the official prisons in the list of the country's prisons organization.
What happened during the Jina revolution, according to Article 2 of the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, is a dangerous criminal act that is criminalized in international criminal law.
Although the Iranian government has not joined this convention, the definition and examples of this criminal act have mostly taken on a customary aspect and governments are required to comply with it.
It is worth mentioning that even according to the minimum laws of the Islamic Republic, the defendant has these rights. But what we see in practice is the violation of all international legal standards by government forces in this field.
Following the passing of more than 5 months of protests, more than 7500 Kurdish citizens have been arrested and abducted by security agencies, and currently, the Hengaw research team can verify the identity of 2167 of them. Out of these 2167 people, 220 are women and 191 are children and teenagers.
It needs to be clarified, based on the investigations, Hengaw was informed that the detainees are subjected to physical and mental torture systematically.
Kurdistan province (Sanandaj) ranks first with 776 arrests out of a total of 2167 citizens whose identities have been verified. Also, the provinces of West Azerbaijan (Urmia) with 660 cases, Kermanshah with 360 cases, and Ilam with 290 cases are placed next. In the central cities of Iran, at least 81 Kurdish citizens have been abducted by government institutions.
Based on the statistics of Hengaw, the highest number of abducted citizens is recorded in the cities of Sanandaj with 334 cases, Piranshahr with 143 cases, Oshnavieh with 126 cases, Mahabad with 126 cases, and Abdanan with 108 cases.
Judicial status of detainees:
Based on the statistics registered in the Hengaw Statistics Center, out of the total number of people who were arrested during the Jina Revolution in Kurdistan, at least 111 have been sentenced to imprisonment and whipping, and one person has been sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to this report, 111 of these people have been sentenced to a total of 343 years and 3 months in prison, and Mohammad Mehdi Karami, who was sentenced to death, was executed in one of Karaj's prisons.
Also, 20 of these people have been sentenced to a total of 1076 lashes by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic, in addition to imprisonment.
In addition to these cases, at least 9 people were arrested in Kurdistan, called Parham Parvari from Saqqez, Pouria Javaheri from Kamiyaran, Farhad Tahazadeh, Farzad Tahazadeh, Faryad Hamzeshur, Shahram Marufmolla, Reza Eslamdoost, Karvan Shahiparvaneh, and Farzad Mahmoudpour, all from Oshnavieh, were accused to "Moharebeh and corruption on Earth", and this charge in Iran's judicial system can lead to death for the mentioned people.
Missile attacks on Kurdish parties and the death of at least 21 members of the parties :
During the Jina revolution, in addition to the large massacres that the Islamic Republic started in the cities of Kurdistan, at least three times it attacked the camps and headquarters of the Kurdish parties "Democrat, Komala, and PAK" in the territory of the Kurdistan region with missile and drone. As a result of the attacks, at least 21 Peshmerga and members of these parties died, including two women, a one-day-old child, and also an ordinary citizen from Koye, Erbil Province.
Iran's military authorities have repeatedly announced that these retaliatory attacks were in response to the organizing and calls of the parties for general strikes in Kurdistan, and in addition to the death of 21 members of the parties, tens of others were injured.

20 - Ali Mozaffari Salanquch; A 17-year-old boy from Quchan and a member of the Saipai youth volleyball team in Tehran was shot in the stomach by the repressive government forces during the popular resistance of this city and was killed. His body was handed over to his family after 4 days in return for receiving 50 million Tomans.
21 - Rozbeh Khademian; A 32-year-old man from the city of Sonqor was killed by the Revolutionary Guards during the popular resistance in the Fardis neighborhood in Karaj. This young man was hit by four bullets from a close distance in the back and shoulder.

38 - Kamal Feghhi; A 46-year-old citizen from Bukan was seriously injured by direct fire from government forces during the popular resistance of this city while he was on the roof of his house located in the "Hesar" neighborhood and died after being transferred to "Qolipur" hospital of this city. Kamal Feghhi was shot in the head and the cause of death by the forensic pathologist was stated as "blunt force trauma".
39 - Mohammad Abdollahi; A 36-year-old man from Ilam was arrested by government forces during the popular resistance of Ilam in front of the city's governor's building and died under torture after a few hours. The security institutions handed over the body to his family after obtaining an undertaking from Mohammad's father that his death was natural.

48 - Keyvan Darvishi; A 42-year-old citizen from Sanandaj was shot by government forces in the Kamarbandi neighborhood of Sanandaj and died due to the severity of his injuries. In the death certificate of this citizen, the reason for his death is cardiac arrest.

54 Faraidoun Faraji; A 28-year-old man from Saqqez was killed by direct fire from the IRGC forces during the popular resistance in Baneh city. He worked in a restaurant in Baneh and was shot by government forces from behind with a Kalashnikov.
55 - Sarina Saedi; A 16-year-old teenager from Sanandaj, who suffered a brain hemorrhage after being hit with a baton by the government forces in the Nayser neighborhood of Sanandaj on Wednesday evening, October 26, died after being hospitalized for a day at Towhid Hospital in Sanandaj. Her body was buried at night and on the same night, the government institutions forced her father to confess to deny his daughter's death during popular resistance.
It should be noted that the governor of Sanandaj at that time stated that the reason for Sarina's death was drug use. Meanwhile, the death certificate of this teenager states that the cause of her death is unknown.
56 - Motaleb Saeed Pirou; The young man from Baneh was shot by the IRGC forces from a distance of one meter with a Kalashnikov while he was in his car and died. He was from Choman village, Bane, and the bullet hit his shoulder and exited his chest.
57 - Fereshte Ahmadi, 32, was from Sardasht. She was a resident of Mahabad and while on the roof of her house, she was shot in the chest by direct fire from government forces and died. Fereshte was married and had two children. It should be mentioned that the government media stated that the cause of her death was a shooting from inside their own house. A claim that was strongly denied by Fereshta's family members.
58 - Hamid Goli; A 46-year-old citizen from Sanandaj was killed during the popular resistance in Tehran due to multiple baton hits by government forces on his head and face. In the death certificate of Mr. Goli, it is mentioned that he suffered a brain hemorrhage and a skull fracture due to being hit by a hard object.
