Seven prisoners executed in Qom, Isfahan, Esfarayen, Yazd, Nowshahr, Qazvin, and Taybad

Iran has executed seven prisoners in a series of separate executions carried out across the prisons of Qom, Isfahan, Esfarayen, Yazd, Nowshahr, Qazvin, and Taybad.
The prisoners — Abbas Mozaffarzadeh, Shahab Mokhtari, Soltan-Morad Nasiri, Mahmoud Abdollahi, Ebrahim Kalagar, a man identified as (first name unknown) Pourheidari, and Seyed Ali Hajipour — had all been convicted on charges of premeditated murder or drug-related offenses.
According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution of Abbas Mozaffarzadeh, 27, from Malard in Tehran Province, was carried out at dawn on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in Qom Central Prison. Mozaffarzadeh had been arrested nearly two years earlier on drug-related charges.
On the same day, Shahab Mokhtari, also convicted on drug-related charges, was executed in Isfahan Central Prison (Dastgerd).
In Esfarayen Prison in North Khorasan Province, authorities carried out the execution of Soltan-Morad Nasiri, who had likewise been sentenced to death on drug charges.
That same morning, Mahmoud Abdollahi, another prisoner convicted of drug offenses, was executed in Yazd Central Prison.
Meanwhile, Ebrahim Kalagar was executed in Nowshahr Prison in Mazandaran Province. He had been arrested earlier on a charge of premeditated murder.
Continuing Tuesday’s executions, (first name unknown) Pourheidari, sentenced to death for drug-related offenses, was executed in Qazvin Central Prison.
Separately, Seyed Ali Hajipour, previously sentenced to death on drug charges, was executed on Monday, December 1, 2025, in Taybad Prison in Razavi Khorasan Province.
None of these executions have been reported by Iranian state media or outlets affiliated with the judiciary.
