Iranian authorities execute Yahya Miri and Salar Rezaei in Kermanshah

Iranian authorities executed two Kurdish prisoners, Yahya Miri and Salar Rezaei, in Dizelabad Prison in Kermanshah (Kermashan). Both men had previously been sentenced to death on the charge of “premeditated murder” by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the sentences were carried out at dawn on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Miri, from Sahneh in Kermanshah Province, and Rezaei, 27, from Kermanshah, were executed in the city’s central prison.

Both men had earlier been arrested and sentenced to death on the charge of “premeditated murder”.

The executions have not been announced by state media, including outlets close to the judiciary.
