Kurd Press Journalist Arrested by Intelligence office of the Revolutionary Guards

Hengaw: A journalist from Marivan who wokred for the state media was arrested by intelligence agencies in Iran.

On Thursday, October 11, Rezgar Karimi, Kurd Press's journalist and reporter of Marivan's governor office was arrested by the intelligence forces of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, based on the report of Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights.

"Having arrested him, intelligence forces searched his house and cofiscated his personal computer, mobile phone and camera.", said a source with information.

"Mr. Karimi has been transferred to the intelligence office of the Revolutionary Guards in Sna(Sanandaj). Yet, there is still no news of him.", A source close to Karimi's family told Hengaw.
