Karvan Shahiparvaneh, Faryad Hamzeshour, Farzad Mahmoodpour, Shahram Maarouf Mowla, Reza Islam Dust, and the brothers, Farhad and Farzad Tahazadeh, the prisoners who have been accused by the judicial system of Muharebeh, are spending difficult mental and physical conditions in Urmia prison.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, seven prisoners from Oshnavieh, Hemin (Karvan) Shahiparvaneh, Faryad Hamzeshour, Farzad Mahmoodpour, Shahram Maarouf Mowla, Reza Islam Dust, and the brothers Farhad and Farzad Tahazadeh are in Ward 2 of Urmia Prison in indecision.
According to an informed source, these prisoners have been subjected to the psychological torture of "demonstrative execution" several times.
This source pointed out that the prison personnel did not respond to their daily needs and added that not only was the food not hygienic for seven prisoners, but it was much less than the need for a meal.
Hemin Shahiparvaneh, Faryad Hamzeshour, Farzad Mohammadpour, Shahram Maarouf Mowla, Reza Islam Dust, and the brothers Farhad and Farzad Tahzadeh have been deprived of the right to access a lawyer during the hearings.
Although the indictment against these prisoners has been issued and their cases have been referred to Branch 3 of the Urmia Revolutionary Court, they have been in prison in uncertainty, and their court hearings were postponed.
According to the Islamic Penal Code, muharebeh and corruption on earth can lead to the death sentence of the accused person.
The prisoners from Oshnavieh were arrested in connection with protests and a popular uprising in this city, and after interrogation and torture, they were transferred to Urmia prison.
