Execution of a citizen in Kermanshah without notifying his lawyer and family

Hengaw: The execution sentence of a young man from Eslamabad-e-Gharb was carried out in Kermanshah central prison. He was sentenced to death for premeditated murder.

According to the report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Wednesday morning, April 22, 2020, the death sentence of a 34 years old citizen from Eslamabad-e- Gharb with the identity of Touraj Morad Haseli, the son of Alijan was carried out in Dizelabad prison in Kermanshah.

Based on an informed source, the carrying out of this death sentence, contrary to the ru8of retribution under 549 of the code of criminal procedure, had not been notified to his family and lawyer.

The 34 years old young man murdered a citizen in 2016 due to financial disputes and was sentenced to death after his arrest.

At the same time, the death sentence of a 30 years old man from Baneh identified as Loghman Ahmadpour, was carried out in Sanandaj central prison on the same charge.
