Imposing sentences of imprisonment for three citizens from Oshnavyeh

Hengaw: Three citizens of Oshnavyeh (Shno), West Azerbaijan, Iran, who were arrested last winter by security forces, have been sentenced to prison. 
 
According to the reports received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, three citizens of Oshnavyeh, Ayub Musa, Siamand Kharazm, and Hawre (Mehran) Kharazm, were sentenced to nine years (in total) in prison by Branch 102 of the Oshnavyeh Criminal Court, headed by Judge Abutaleb Jalilpour. 
 
According to the verdict, Ayub musa,26, was sentenced to 8 years in prison and a fine of 9,700,000 Tomans on charges of "membership in the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran" and "carring a weapon". 
 
Siamand Kharazm, 27, and Hawre Kharazm, 20, were each also sentenced to six months in prison on charges of "cooperation with the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran." 
 
The trial of these three citizens was held in March last year, and the verdict has been notified to them in recent days. 
 
Ayub Musa and Hawre Kharazm were arrested on Friday, January 7, 2022 by the intelligence services without any warrant and were released temporarily until the end of the trial respectively on bail of 500 and 250 million Tomans. 
 
Siamand Kharazm was also arrested on Monday, January 24, 2022, and was released on bail after being in detention for three weeks. 
 
It is worth mentioning that these three citizens were deprived of having the right to access a lawyer as well as visit their families during their detention.
