According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, in recent days, Vahed Sheikh Mohammadi, a citizen from "Aliabad" village in the Oshnoyeh district, has been sentenced to six months in prison by Branch one of the Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge "Rezaei".
The sentence was issued on charges of "collaborating with the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran" and has been officially notified to him in recent days. The trial of Sheikh Mohammadi had held in March last year.
Vahed Sheikh Mohammadi was arrested on Saturday, January 30, 2021, during the mass detention of Kurdish citizens by Oshnavyeh Intelligence Service. After 45 days, he had temporarily released on a bail of 250 million Tomans until the end of proceedings.
It is worth mentioning that Vahed Sheikh Mohammadi was deprived of the right to access a lawyer and also family visits during his detention.
