Death sentence of a prisoner carried out in Isfahan Central Prison

The death sentence of a prisoner named Sajad Karami was carried out in Isfahan Central Prison (Dastgerd).

 He had previously been sentenced to death for "premeditated murder" by the judiciary of Islamic Republic of Iran. According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Saturday, November 16, 2024, 31-year-old Sajad Karami from Varnamkhast, a district in Isfahan, was hanged. 

Karami had been arrested three years ago on charges of premeditated murder and sentenced to death by the Judiciary.
  
As of this report, state media, including judiciary-affiliated outlets, have not announced the news of his execution.
