Security forces fatally shot a Baloch man Roudbar-e-Jonub

A Baloch man named Saeed Ahmadi was killed by direct gunfire from the Islamic Republic of Iran's security forces in the Roudbar-e-Jonub County of Kerman Province.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, in the early hours of Wednesday, January 8, 2025, Saeed Ahmadi, 32 years old, married, and a resident of Abbasabad village in Roudbar-e-Jonub, was shot and killed by agents of the Intelligence Department.
As reported by Haalvash, plainclothes agents from the Intelligence Department, using privately plated vehicles, opened fire on Saeed Ahmadi's residence. Saeed was fatally shot multiple times with live ammunition.
Additionally, another individual who was present at Saeed Ahmadi's residence was severely beaten and subsequently detained. This person has been transferred to an undisclosed location.
As of the time of this report, no details are available regarding the reasons for the shooting or the charges against the detained individual.
