Three Baloch nationals named Hosain Kashani Asl, Adel Gargij, and Ali Ahmad Brichi were sentenced to ten years imprisonment in exile and three months imprisonment. These three residents were arrested during the "Jin, Jiyan, AzadÎ" (Woman, Life, Freedom) revolutionary movement.
 

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the Second Branch of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court sentenced Hosain Kashani Asl and Ali Ahmad Brichi to ten years of imprisonment in exile in Azerbaijan Oriental on charges of "Muhareba" (enmity against the god). Additionally, Adel Gargij, another Balouch national, was sentenced to ten years imprisonment in exile in Ardabil on the same charges.
 

These three residents of Zahedan, who were tortured and forced to confess during their detention, were also sentenced to three months imprisonment on charges of "rioting".
 

Hosain Kashani Asl, Adel Gargij, and Ali Ahmad Brichi, who were friends with Khodanur Lojéi, a murdered protester, are currently in cell nine of Zahedan Central Prison.
 

On Saturday, October 1, 2022, Hosain Kashani Asl and, on October 9, Adel Gargij and Ali Ahmad Brichi, on a joint case, were arrested by government forces.
