The death sentence of a Baloch prisoner named Gholam Sediq Hormozi, who was previously sentenced to death for drug-related crimes, was executed in Bandar Abbas prison.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Sunday, July 16, 2023, the death sentence of a Baloch prisoner named Gholam Sediq Hormozi, 43, a resident of Nimruz city, Sistan and Baluchestan province, was executed in Bandar Abbas Central Prison.
Gholam Sediq Hormozi, who was married and had six children, was arrested in Minab in 2020 on charges of drug-related crimes and was later sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
