The death sentence of a prisoner identified as Obaid Mahmoudi from Ravansar was carried out in the central prison of Kermanshah (Krmashan). This prisoner was previously sentenced to death under the charge of first-degree murder of a 37-year-old woman. According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, the death sentence of Obaid Mahmoudi from the Quri Qala village of Ravansar city was implemented in the Dizel Abad prison of Kermanshah.
