Report: The Death Sentences of Two Prisoners Carried Out in Mashhad Central Prison

The death sentences of two prisoners, Ramzan Gholamian and Musa Najjar, were carried out in Mashhad Central Prison. These two prisoners were previously sentenced to death for the charge of "premeditated murder".

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the morning of Wednesday, July 24, 2024, the death sentences of two prisoners from Mashhad, named Ramzan Gholamian, 32 years old, and Musa Najjar, 38 years old, were carried out in the central prison of this city.

According to the Iranian Human Rights Organization, Musa Najjar was arrested three years ago, and Ramzan Gholamian was arrested two years ago, both on charges of murder. They have since been sentenced to death by the Iranian Judiciary.

To date, the news of the execution of these two prisoners has not been announced in the Iranian state media, especially the media affiliated with the judiciary.
