Report on the Execution of Two Prisoners, Including an Afghan National

The death sentences of two prisoners, including a Baluch prisoner and an Afghan national named Mansour Salari and Abdolkarim Habibi, who were previously sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary for "premeditated murder," have been carried out in the central prisons of Kahnuj and Jiroft.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Wednesday, September 10, 2024, the death sentence of Mansour Salari, a 37-year-old resident of Jiroft, Kerman Province, who was arrested seven years ago for the "premeditated murder" of his cousin, was carried out in the central prison of this city.
Additionally, in the early hours of Tuesday, September 9, 2024, Abdolkarim Habibi, a 28-year-old Afghan national and father of two, was executed in Kahnuj prison. This prisoner was arrested six years ago for "premeditated murder" in Jiroft and sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary.
To date, the news of the execution of these two prisoners has not been announced by Iranian state media, particularly those affiliated with the judiciary.
