Prisoner executed in Ramhormoz Central Prison

The death sentence of a Kurdish prisoner named Ali Kord, a resident of Bagh-e Malek in Khuzestan province, was carried out in Ramhormoz Central Prison, Khuzestan province. He had previously been sentenced to death on charges of "premeditated murder."

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Saturday, February 15, 2025, the death sentence of Ali Kord, a 31-year-old father of two from Bagh-e Malek, was carried out in Ramhormoz Central Prison.

According to informed sources, this prisoner had been arrested on charges of premeditated murder and sentenced to death by the judiciary of Islamic Republic of Iran.
