Execution carried out for Qader Samimi at Nishapur Central Prison

Qader Samimi, a 34-year-old prisoner from Mashhad, was executed at Nishapur Central Prison in Razavi Khorasan Province. Samimi had been sentenced to death on charges of “premeditated murder.”

According to reports obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution took place at dawn on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Sources familiar with the case stated that Qader Samimi had been arrested five years ago on murder charges and was ultimately sentenced to death.

As of the time of this publication, Iranian state media and judiciary-affiliated outlets have not reported on the execution.
