Three Kurdish prisoners executed in Kermanshah and Khorramabad

The Iranian authorities have executed three Kurdish prisoners identified as Kamyar Fathi, Sajjad Hatami and Yarmorad Hasanvand. They had previously been sentenced to death on charges of “drug-related offenses” and “premeditated murder.” The executions took place in Kermanshah (Kermashan) Central Prison and Khorramabad Central Prison.

According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, authorities executed Fathi and Hatami at dawn in Kermanshah Central Prison on November 15, 2025. Fathi had been arrested and sentenced to death on a charge of “premeditated murder,” while Hatami had been convicted on “drug-related” offenses.

Authorities also executed Hasanvand in Khorramabad Central Prison on the same day. He had previously been arrested on a charge of “premeditated murder” and sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

State media, including outlets affiliated with the judiciary, have not reported these executions.
