Three Kurds, including two women and one 14-year-old child — identified as Saba Khorrami, Somayeh Nazari, and Bahar Akbari — have been transferred to the Kermanshah Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center following their arrest by Iranian government forces.

According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Bahar Akbari, 14, and Somayeh Nazari, both residents of Kermanshah, were arrested by government forces on January 7–8, 2026. During the same period, Saba Khorrami, from Harsin County in Kermanshah Province, was also detained.

All three were transferred to the Kermanshah Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center after their arrest.

Sources familiar with the case report that Somayeh Nazari has been charged with moharebeh (“waging war against God”), a charge that carries the possibility of severe sentences, including the death penalty, raising serious concerns about her legal fate.

No further verified information is currently available regarding their legal proceedings or present conditions.
