76-year prison sentence for four Kurdish prisoners from Shno

Hengaw: Four Kurdish prisoners from Shno were sentenced to a total of 76-years in prison by Branch one of Wrimia Revolutionary court.

According to Hengaw, the Revolutionary court in Wrimia has sentenced the above-mentioned four prisoners to lengthy prison sentences.

The names of the detainees are: Said Jalal Mahmoudi sentenced to 22-years, Said Loghman Amini sentenced to 16-years, Fatah PourAhmad sentenced to 22-years and Loghman Azizi sentenced to 16-years.

These four people were arrested on July 3rd and 6th, 2016 and were later sentenced to prison for their alleged cooperation and connections with the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (PDKI).

According to the verdicts these people had 20-days to protest these verdicts in the Court of Appeals in Wrimia.

According to Hengaw records, in the last 3-month alone 16 Kurdish citizens from Shno were sentenced to 232-years in prison by the Wrimia Revolutionary Court.
