The Iranian criminal court in Piranshahr sentenced 19-year-old Alireza (Mardin) Rasoulianpour to two years in prison on charges of "gathering and colluding against national security."
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the hearing on the charge of "gathering and collusion against national security" against Alireza (Mardin) Rasoulianpour was held in Branch 102 of the Iranian Criminal Court in Piranshahr on Tuesday, December 13, 2023.
This citizen was sentenced to two years in prison while he was denied access to a designated lawyer, and this verdict was officially communicated to him in the past few days.
Alireza Rasoulianpour was arrested by Iranian government forces on Monday, October 24, 2022.
On Wednesday, December 7, 2023, he was temporarily released from Naghadeh prison by posting bail of one billion tomans (about 25,000 USD) until the end of the proceedings.
