Hamed Heydari, a Kurdish citizen from Khorramabad and one of the detainees of the recent protests in this city, was sentenced to 15 months and two days in prison and 60 lashes by the Iranian Criminal Court on the charges of "disturbing public order through commotion and controversy" and "incitement to commit violent acts in cyberspace."
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, 7 months and 16 days of the sentence issued to this citizen were for the charge of "disturbing public order through commotion and controversy," and the other 7 months and 16 days were for the charge of "incitement to commit violent acts in cyberspace."
The Public Prosecutor's Office and the Iranian Islamic Revolution Court will secretly carry out Hamed Heydari's sentence of 60 lashes.
