Mohammad Abbaszadeh, from Ilam, and the singer of the song "Jin, Jiyan, Azadi," was sentenced to two years in prison, two years of being banned from leaving the country, and also to pay a fine.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, this arrested citizen was sentenced to two years of imprisonment, two years of being banned from leaving the country, and a fine by Branch 103 of the Criminal Court and Branch 1 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court.

Mohammad Abbaszadeh was abducted by the government forces in his home after composing the song "Jin, Jiyan, Azadi" on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

Earlier, Hengaw reported that Mr. Abbaszadeh's mobile phone and laptop were seized by these forces.
