Two Baloch residents of Zahedan, named Mahmoud Rigifard and Abdul Naser Qanbarzahi Gargij, were arrested by government forces and taken to unknown places.
According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on May 26, 2023, Mahmoud Rigifard, 22 years old and a resident of Zahedan, was arrested at his workplace cafe located on Jame Jam Street in this city.
Another Baloch citizen named Abdul Nasser Qanbarzahi Gargij, 29 years old and from the "Shandak" village of Zahedan, was arrested by government forces in Mehriz City of Yazd province while he was going to Iranshahr to work on Tuesday, May 23.
No detailed information has been released about the reasons for the arrest, charges, location, or custodial status.
