Hengaw has found out that the women and children, relatives of the latest victims of the widespread uprising in Sanandaj, Divandarreh and Dehgolan whose previously taken into custody, were let go overnight in the middle of the road between Saqqez-Divandarreh but 8 male members of these families along with two drivers remain in custody of the Iranian authorities.
According to the reports obtained by the Hengaw organization for human rights, the family members of the victims of the recent uprising in Sanandaj, Divandarreh and Dehgolan previously detained by the government authorities following their participation in the commemoration event honoring the lives of the victims of Saqqez and Bukan, were dropped off on the rod between Saqqez-Divandarreh.
A reliable source close to the above families revealed that all the mobile phones belonging to the detained families had been confiscated by government authorities. However, despite this hindrance, the women and children managed to return to their respective hometowns after covering a certain distance, although without any means of communication.
The source further indicated that alongside Hasan Amini, Sadiq Bahmani, Hashem Saadi, Ahmad Rahimi, Arman Habibi, and Abdulrahman Naseri, who are currently in custody, two bus drivers, Jamal and Jalil, who were transporting these families, also in an uncertain situation pending the resolution of their cases by government agencies.
On the evening of Friday June 9, more than thirty individuals associated with the families of the latest Kurdish resistance victims in Sanandaj, Divandarreh, and Dehgolan were apprehended by government forces on their way home after attending the commemorative event honoring the lives of the victims of Saqqez and Bukan resistance. Hengaw has been able to verify the identities of some of these detainees including 4 children.
