Three inmates imprisoned in Bandar Abbas Central Prison and sentenced to death on charges of "rape" were executed in this prison.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, the death sentences of three prisoners in the Central Prison of Bandar Abbas were executed.
These three inmates, according to the state-run "Mizan" media outlet, were apprehended around two years ago and found guilty of "rape" by the Hormozgan Criminal Court and given the death penalty.
Additionally, this media outlet wrote that one of the accused was a nurse and the two others were doctor assistants. They were working in an illegal beauty center that would rape their clients.
