Mahosh Adalati Aliabadi and Sepideh Keshavarz were detained and sent to prison to serve their sentences

Sepideh Keshavarz and Mahosh Adalati Aliabadi, two Baha'i residents, were detained and taken to Evin Prison to serve their one-year prison sentences.

Sepideh Keshavarz and Mahosh Adalati Aliabadi, two Baha'i residents, were detained and taken to Evin Prison to serve their one-year prison sentences.
 

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Sepideh Keshavarz and Mahosh Adalati Aliabadi, two Baha'i citizens who reside in Tehran, were detained on July 3, 2023, and then sent to Evin prison to serve their one-year prison sentences.
 

Sepideh Keshavarz and Mahosh Adalati Aliabadi were each sentenced to one year in prison by Branch 54 of the Court of Appeal of Tehran Province in March 2023.
 

This sentence was issued against these two Baha'i citizens for charges including "propaganda activity against the system" and "Association and collusion to commit crime against the state."
 

Sepideh Keshavarz and Mahosh Adalati Aliabadi were arrested by the government forces on November 20, 2018, and Sepideh Keshavarz and Mahosh Adalati Aliabadi were released a day later, on December 5th of the same year, by posting bail until the end of the proceedings.
