Six Kurdish individuals sentenced to total of 8 years and six months imprisonment in Iran

In a recent judicial development six Kurdish individuals, identified as AbdulKarim Kakoul, Suleiman sharwerani, Khezer Abdollahi, Osman Hamzehzadeh, Aram Shaban, and Fakhreddin Poudat, all Kurdish residents from Oshnoviyeh(Shno), have been collectively sentenced to eight years and six months of imprisonment by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to reports received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Abdul Karim Kakoul from the village of Hasan Nouran in Oshnoviyeh, and Suleiman sharwerani, as well as Khezer Abdollahi, both from Oshnoviyeh, were each sentenced to one year of punitive imprisonment by the revolutionary court presided by chief Judge Mehdi Rezaei.
Furthermore, Aram Shaban from Oshnoviyeh was sentenced to three years and three months of imprisonment, Fakhreddin Poudat from the village of "Biteryan" and Osman Hamzehzadeh from the village of "Qoroshay," in Oshnoviyeh, were each sentenced to one year and three months of punitive imprisonment.
According to an informed source, the revolutionary court of Oshnoviyeh has convicted all these individuals on charges of "membership and collaboration with the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan."
These individuals were detained early hours on Monday, July 9, 2023, in their residence by the intelligence forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, subjected to violence. They were later released on bail from Oshnoviyeh Prison until the conclusion of the legal proceedings.
