At least 6 Kurdish citizens detained in Piranshahr

 Hengaw : Iranian  intelligence forces in Piranshahr district of West Azerbaijan province in Iranian Kurdistan raided the homes of 5 citizens from the villages of Gargolsofli and Shinabad at night and detained 6 of them .

 According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on the evening of Sunday, November 15, 2020, Iranian  Intelligence forces In Piranshahr invaded the village of Gregol Sofla and detained 4 Kurdish citizens  identified as Shuresh Abdullahnejad, 33, Najmeh Sokhanvar, 30, Salah Aji, 50, and his son Rahman Aji, 22. They have been taken to an unknown location.

 At the same time, these forces also detained 2 citizens identified as Ali Jula and Ismail Hajiyeh Abdullah from village of Shinabad and transferred them to an unknown location.

 According to an informed source, these 6 citizens have been detained on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party . Also reports that Rahman Aji has been released on Monday.

 The source further stated that the intelligence services detained these 6 Kurdish citizens in their sleep and did not even allow them to change their pajamas and took them away.

 As of preparation of this report , the fates of these 5  detainees are unknown, and their families' ongoing efforts to find out their fate have been fruitless.
