Kurdish Prisoner from Kurdistan of Iraq Sentence to Six Years of Confinement

Hengaw: A Kurdish prisoner from Kurdistan of Iraq who was detained two years ago at Urmia's Prison, faced one more year of confinement.

Hengaw: A Kurdish prisoner from Kurdistan of Iraq who was detained two years ago at Urmia's Prison, faced one more year of confinement.

Sardar Osman Bakr, an Iraqi Kurdistan resident prisoner who was detained in the Central Prison of Urmia in 2016, was sentenced to one more year of confinement by Urmia's third branch Revolutionary Court, Based on the report of Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights.

Sardar Osman Bakr, two years ago was sentenced to five years of confinement on charges of religious activities and last month again was sentenced to one year more on charges of propaganda against the regime from inside the prison.

This prisoner is currently detained in Ward 12 of the Urmia's Central Prison and he was denied of the right to have a lawyer during the trial process.
