Hengaw : A kurdish prisoner  from Kermanshah, Iranian Kurdistan who was sentenced to death for premeditated murder, has been transferred to solitary confinement in Sanandaj Central Prison to serve his sentence.

 According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, December 31, 2020, Saeed Mohammadi-Fard, 35, from Kermanshah, has been transferred to solitary confinement in Sanandaj Central Prison to serve his death sentence.

 Neda Qaraweisi , the prisoner's wife, confirmed this news during a phone call with Hengaw and announced that the victim's family, who are from Lorestan, have asked for 2 billion Tomans (US$ 80 thousand) for consent and that they’re not able to provide this amount.  The victim's family had previously requested 4 billion Tomans (US$ 160 thousand)

 A well-informed source from Sanandaj Central Prison also told Hengaw that the death sentence of Saeed Mohammadi-Fard is scheduled to be carried out on Sunday, January 3, 2021.
