Prisoner executed in Kahnuj Central Prison

The death sentence of a Baloch prisoner named Mohammad Bamri, has been carried out in Kahnuj Central Prison in Kerman Province. He was charged with “premeditated murder” by the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran

According to reports received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution took place at dawn on Sunday, November 17, 2024. 

Mohammad Bamri, 36, a resident of the village of Charchay in Zhakhlout, was arrested on charges of premeditated murder and subsequently sentenced to death.

As of the time of this report, the execution has not been announced by state media, particularly those affiliated with Iran’s judiciary.
