At least 16 Kurdish citizens were killed during last week's protests that took place after the 40th day death anniversary of Zhina (Mahsa) Amini in different cities of Iranian Kurdistan.
88% of these victims were killed by direct fire from the Iranian security forces.
Based on the statistics registered in the Statistics and Documents Center of Hengaw Human Rights Organization, during the recent protests, 6 citizens were killed in the city of Mahabad, 5 citizens in Sanandaj, 3 citizens in Baneh, and 3 citizens each in the cities of Qasr-e-Shirin and Piranshahr.
Among the victims, 3 were women, and 3 teenagers under the age of 18.
Also, a citizen from the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, who had gone to Baneh city to participate in the funeral of one of the victims, was killed by direct fire from the Iranian security forces.
According to this report, 14 victims, equivalent to 88% of all cases, were killed by direct fire from the Iranian security forces, a 16-year-old girl was killed by baton beatings to her head, and a man was suffocated to tear gas.

1- Ismail Mowludi known as Simko was killed in Mahabad by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
2- Mohammad Shariati from Mochash village and a resident of Sanandaj was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
3- Afshin Asham from Qasr-e-Shirin was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
4- Keyvan Darvishi was killed in Sanandaj by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
5- Mohammad Lotfolahi was killed in Sanandaj by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
6- Ebrahim Mirzaei from Dehgolan and a resident of Sanandaj was killed due to suffocation caused by tear gas.

7- Kobra Sheikh Saqqa from Mahabad was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
8- Shahu Khezri from Mahabad was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
9- Zaniar AbuBakri from Mahabad was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
10- The Motalleb Saeed Pirou from Baneh was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
11- Fereydoun Faraji from Saqqez was killed in Baneh by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
12- Fereshta Ahmadi from Mahabad was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
13- Dr. Masoud Ahmadzadeh from Mahabad, was seriously injured by the direct fire from Iranian security forces and passed away two days later.
14- Sarina Saedi from Sanandaj, died due to cerebral hemorrhage. The night before, she was seriously injured by multiple baton hit to her head by Iranian Security forces.

15- Dastan Rasoul Muhammad Agha from the Iraqi Kurdistan region, who went to Baneh to participate in the funeral ceremony of Motalleb Saeed Pirou, was killed by direct fire from Iranian security forces.
Sunday: October 30, 2022
16- Komar Daroftadeh, a 16-year-old teenager from Piranshahr, who was severely injured by direct fire from Iranian security forces on Saturday night, passed away due to the severity of his injuries.
