 Mohammad Qaderpour, from Piranshahr city, who was previously sentenced to prison by the Iranian judiciary, was arrested and transferred to Naghadeh Central Prison to serve the prison sentence.
 

 According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Sunday, March 19, 2023, Mohammad Qaderpour, from the village of "Zangiawi" in Piranshahr, was arrested and sentenced to two years and 7 months of imprisonment.  He was transferred to Naghadeh Central Prison.

 
 Last summer, this citizen was sentenced to two years, 7 months, and 15 days in prison by the Iranian Criminal Court Branch 101 in Piranshahr on the charge of "collaborating with the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Iran".
 

 Mohammad Qaderpour was arrested on Sunday, February 22, 2022, after being summoned to the Iranian Intelligence in Piranshahr and transferred to the Intelligence Department detention center in Urmia.  On Saturday, March 13, 2022, he was temporarily released from Naghadeh Central Prison with a bail of one billion tomans (23,000 USD) until the end of the proceedings.
 

 Earlier Mr. Qaderpour, on Saturday, March 18, 2022, Rahman Qaderi and Anwar Sheykha, both from the village of "Paseweh" in Piranshahr, were arrested after being summoned to the Iranian Court in Piranshahr and were transferred to Naghadeh Prison to serve the sentence.
