According to a report received by the Hengaw organization for human rights, on the early morning of Sunday, May 20, 2023, the execution of Asif Shahbakhsh, a 30-year-old prisoner from Zahedan, was carried out in the city's central prison.
The Halqesh website has reported that Asif Shahbakhsh was arrested three years ago on charges of premeditated murder and subsequently received a death sentence from the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
