Hengaw; Tuesday, September 5, 2023
The pressures from the Islamic Republic continue on the families of the victims, and in the latest case, Ahmad HassanZadeh, 56 years old, and Solmaz HassanZadeh, 29 years old, the father and sister of the Mohammad HassanZadeh, who lost his life in Bukan, have been detained by government authorities and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 9 AM, Ahmad HassanZadeh and
Solmaz HassanZadeh, members of the families of victims, were summoned and subsequently detained by government authorities in Bukan after their appearance.
As of the time of reporting, there is no precise information available regarding the reasons for their detention, the charges against these two family members of Mohammad HassanZadeh, and their place of detention.
In this context, on August 29th of this year, Mizan, the official website of the judicial system of the Islamic Republic, and close to security forces, distorted the narrative and made claims to exonerate the armed forces of the government, ten months after the government's assassination of
Mohammad HassanZadeh.
Hengaw had previously reported that the information disseminated by security forces is fundamentally pure falsehood and lacks any legal credibility.
Mohammad HassanZadeh, on the evening of Wednesday, November 16, 2022, during the popular protests in Bukan while attempting to free a kidnapped girl held by government suppressive forces, lost his life from multiple stab wounds and a bullet fired by government forces that struck his chest and heart.
