Implementation of Death Sentence for Inmate in Kermanshah Central Prison

Three months ago, the death sentence of a Kurdish inmate from Kermanshah, identified as Ali Mohammad Ahmadi, was carried out in the central prison of this city, and the news of his execution has not been disseminated by the media.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights, on the morning of Thursday, January 11, 2024, the execution of 33-year-old Ali Mohammad Ahmadi from Kermanshah was implemented in the Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah.
As per an informed source, Ali Mohammad Ahmadi was detained in 2021 on charges of premeditated murder of one of his relatives and was sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the same year.
It is worth mentioning that on the same day, the execution of another inmate from Paveh, Kermanshah province, named Meysam Habibi, who was sentenced to death on charges of premeditated murder, was also carried out.
Despite three months passing since the execution, at the time of compiling this report, the news of this inmate's death has not been announced by government media, particularly those affiliated with the judiciary.
