Five prisoners, including two afghan nationals executed in Qom Central Prison

The death sentences of five prisoners, including two Afghan nationals, whose identities include Milad Badinloo, Shahin Dehghani, Hassan Khodabandeloo, and Abdolghader (last name unknown), have been carried out in Qom Central Prison. These individuals had previously been sentenced to death on charges of "premeditated murder" by the judiciary of Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, the death sentence of Hassan Khodabandeloo, along with an Afghan national whose identity has not yet been confirmed, was carried out in Qom Central Prison. Both prisoners were convicted of "premeditated murder."

Additionally, on October 10, the execution of two other prisoners, Shahin Dehghani and Abdolghader (last name unknown), an Afghan national, also convicted of "premeditated murder," was carried out in this prison.

According to the Iran Human Rights Organization, on September 7, Milad Badinloo, who had been sentenced to death for "premeditated murder" during a street altercation, was executed.

To date, the news of the execution of these five prisoners has not been reported in government-affiliated media, particularly those connected to the Judiciary.
