Death sentence of two prisoners carried out in Iranshahr Central Prison

The death sentences of two Baloch prisoners, Ehsan Bamari and Yasin Bamari, who had been convicted of premeditated murder, were carried out in Iranshahr Central Prison, located in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

According to reports received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, in the early hours of Thursday, April 10, Ehsan Bamari, a resident of Hamidabad village in Delgan County, and Yasin Bamari, 28, from Nokabad village in Iranshahr, were executed by hanging.

Yasin Bamari had been held in prison for nine years, and Ehsan Bamari for around four years following their arrests on murder charges. Both were sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
