Four prisoners executed in Zahedan Central Prison

The death sentences of four Baloch prisoners—Majid Lajei, Ramin (Rahmatollah) Alizahi, Davood Bajizahi (Shahouzehi), and Bashir Ahmad Rigi—were carried out in Zahedan Central Prison, located in Sistan and Baluchestan province.

According to reports obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Majid Lajei (36), Ramin Alizahi (38, father of four), Davood Bajizahi (father of six), and Bashir Ahmad Rigi (38, father of four), were executed at dawn on Saturday, April 12, 2025. All four had previously been convicted of drug-related offenses by the Revolutionary Court in Zahedan.

As reported by Haalvsh, Ramin Alizahi had been in prison for a year and a half, Majid Lajei for two years, and both Davood Bajizahi and Bashir Ahmad Rigi had been detained for three years before their executions.

As of the time of this publication, no state-affiliated media or official judiciary outlets have reported the executions.
