Iranian security forces arrest two 16-year-old boys in Oshnavieh

Security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have taken into custody two 16-year-old boys from Oshnavieh (Shno), identified as Diyar Gargool and Alan Tabnak, and moved them to an undisclosed location.

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Diyar Gargool and Alan Tabnak were detained in Oshnavieh at dawn on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. They were taken from their family homes during raids carried out without an arrest warrant.

Gargool and Tabnak, who are out-of-school children, were transferred to an unknown location, and their place of detention and current conditions remain unclear.
