Security forces arrest 17-year-old Zaniar Shadikhah and Mohsen Dehar in Oshnavieh

Zaniar Shadikhah, a 17-year-old minor, and Mohsen Dehar, 24, both Kurds from Oshnavieh (Shno), were arrested by state security forces in Iran and taken to an undisclosed location.

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the arrests took place at dawn on Thursday, September 18, 2025, when the two, residents of the village of Singan in the Oshnavieh district, were detained.

They were taken from their family homes without an arrest warrant during an intimidating raid by agents of the Intelligence Department.

As of publication, there is no information regarding the reasons for their arrest, their place of detention, or their fate.
